    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Involtini di lattuga. &lt;/strong&gt;Un &lt;strong&gt;piatto&lt;/strong&gt; decisamente &lt;strong&gt;estivo&lt;/strong&gt; dal cuore saporito di mare, che si prepara in pochi minuti ed è freschissimo. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Per preparare questi &lt;strong&gt;involtini&lt;/strong&gt; utilizziamo&lt;strong&gt; pesce azzurro&lt;/strong&gt;, che se vogliamo possiamo anche &lt;strong&gt;evitare di cuocere&lt;/strong&gt;, lasciandolo semplicemente marinare nel limone.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In tavola&lt;/strong&gt; è un ottimo &lt;strong&gt;secondo piatto&lt;/strong&gt; profumato e sfizioso. Ottimo con un &lt;strong&gt;Prosecco freddo&lt;/strong&gt; oppure una &lt;strong&gt;Falanghina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
