    &lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;zuppa di arachidi&lt;/strong&gt; è una specialità africana, perfetta per chi adora le arachidi, dette volgarmente&lt;strong&gt; noccioline.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;zuppa di arachidi&lt;/strong&gt; è una minestra delicata e profumata, grazie all&#039;aggiunta delle &lt;strong&gt;spezie.&lt;/strong&gt; Ottima come apertura del &lt;strong&gt;pasto&lt;/strong&gt; ma anche come &lt;strong&gt;primo piatto&lt;/strong&gt;, servita con &lt;strong&gt;crostini di pane&lt;/strong&gt;, perchè risulta abbastanza densa. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Se volete una minestra piu&#039; liquida, aggiungete &lt;strong&gt;brodo &lt;/strong&gt;e unite una pasta piccola o del&lt;strong&gt; riso.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Il &lt;strong&gt;flan&lt;/strong&gt; è un &lt;strong&gt;dolce al cucchiaio&lt;/strong&gt;, simile a quello che noi chiamiamo &lt;strong&gt;budino&lt;/strong&gt;, ma meno gelatinoso. E&#039; una &lt;strong&gt;crema densa&lt;/strong&gt; e consistente, un &lt;strong&gt;dolce al cucchiaio&lt;/strong&gt; dal sapore &lt;strong&gt;goloso.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Il&lt;strong&gt; flan &lt;/strong&gt;si può preparare in anticipo e tenere pronto &lt;strong&gt;in frigo&lt;/strong&gt; per i momenti golosi. E&#039; &lt;strong&gt;facile da preparare&lt;/strong&gt; facendo però attenzione alla cottura che deve essere a bagnomaria.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; In &lt;strong&gt;Spagna&lt;/strong&gt;, dove sono maestri di&lt;strong&gt; flan&lt;/strong&gt;, si prepara in forno a bagno-maria, se la temperatura è troppo elevata, potete cuocerlo sul fornello.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il nome &#039;&lt;strong&gt;hot cross&lt;/strong&gt;&#039; ci dice due cose fondamentali, che sono &lt;strong&gt;dolci &lt;/strong&gt;da consumare &lt;strong&gt;caldi&lt;/strong&gt; e che portano come segno distintivo una&lt;strong&gt; Croce.&amp;#160; &lt;/strong&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;croce&lt;/strong&gt; viene tracciata prima della&lt;strong&gt; cottura&lt;/strong&gt; e a seconda dei gusti e delle varianti, può essere arricchita da una&lt;strong&gt; glassa di zucchero,&lt;/strong&gt; oppure da strisce di &lt;strong&gt;pasta&lt;/strong&gt;, o riempita di &lt;strong&gt;sciroppo di acacia&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong&gt;uvetta.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La&lt;strong&gt; tarte Tatin&lt;/strong&gt;, è una &lt;strong&gt;torta tipica &lt;/strong&gt;della &lt;strong&gt;cucina francese&lt;/strong&gt; che porta il nome delle &lt;strong&gt;sorelle Tatin&lt;/strong&gt; che la inventarono. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;E&#039; una &lt;strong&gt;ricetta&lt;/strong&gt; nata da un&#039;improvvisazione in&lt;strong&gt; cucina&lt;/strong&gt;, per un errore di una delle&lt;strong&gt; sorelle Tatin&lt;/strong&gt; che aveva messo &lt;strong&gt;al forno&lt;/strong&gt; il ripieno dimenticandosi la sfoglia. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;La sua &lt;strong&gt;ricetta originale&lt;/strong&gt; è un&lt;strong&gt; dolce di mele&lt;/strong&gt; che mette insieme una&lt;strong&gt; sfoglia croccante&lt;/strong&gt; con un&lt;strong&gt; ripieno morbido&lt;/strong&gt;. Ed è praticamente una &lt;strong&gt;torta sottosopra.&lt;/strong&gt; Noi abbiamo utilizzato lo stesso procedimento trasformandola in una &lt;strong&gt;torta salata. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
