    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Halloween. Risotto nero cremolato alla zucca.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Ancora una&lt;strong&gt; ricetta &lt;/strong&gt;per interpretare &lt;strong&gt;Halloween in tavola,&lt;/strong&gt; in modo originale. La &lt;strong&gt;zucca,&lt;/strong&gt; col suo bel colore &lt;strong&gt;arancione&lt;/strong&gt; e il suo tipico sapore dolciastro è perfetta con il &lt;strong&gt;riso nero&lt;/strong&gt;, sia per il bel contrasto di &lt;strong&gt;colore &lt;/strong&gt;che creano insieme, sia per il sapore, sostenuto da qualche tocco forte e speziato.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Il &lt;strong&gt;risotto nero di Halloween&lt;/strong&gt; si prepara facilmente. Il &lt;strong&gt;riso nero&lt;/strong&gt; si trova in molti negozi e supermercati forniti. E&#039; un&lt;strong&gt; riso integrale&lt;/strong&gt; ottenuto da particolari incroci di semi ed è veramente buonissimo. Come qualsiasi &lt;strong&gt;riso integrale&lt;/strong&gt;, ha bisogno di un tempo di cottura lungo che va dai 30 ai 45 minuti, ma vale la pena. &lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Le &lt;strong&gt;frittelle di Zucca&lt;/strong&gt; sono un classico di &lt;strong&gt;Halloween&lt;/strong&gt;, ma in realtà anche un classico della nostra &lt;strong&gt;cucina tradizionale&lt;/strong&gt;. Un tempo si cucinava coi prodotti poveri della terra e si inventavano&lt;strong&gt; ricette&lt;/strong&gt; straordinarie, con poco.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;Zucca&lt;/strong&gt; è buona in tanti modi. Morbida e cremosa per le &lt;strong&gt;torte&lt;/strong&gt;, le &lt;strong&gt;paste&lt;/strong&gt; e le &lt;strong&gt;salse&lt;/strong&gt;, è veramente squisita se &lt;strong&gt;croccante all&#039;aceto balsamico.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;L&#039;ultima delle nostre &lt;strong&gt;ricette dedicate al Menu di Halloween&lt;/strong&gt;. Un&lt;strong&gt; tortino salato &lt;/strong&gt;che potete realizzare in una grande dimensione oppure &lt;strong&gt;in monoporzioni,&lt;/strong&gt; con gli appositi stampini. Gli ingredienti base sono tra i piu&#039; &lt;strong&gt;comuni ed economici&lt;/strong&gt;, la &lt;strong&gt;zucca e i ceci,&lt;/strong&gt; ma insieme, con i profumi giusti,&amp;#160; fanno una coppia veramente deliziosa.
