Un &lt;strong&gt;primo piatto&lt;/strong&gt; ricco, saporito e &lt;strong&gt;veloce&lt;/strong&gt;, perchè si cuoce &lt;strong&gt;direttamente in forno&lt;/strong&gt;, senza complicazioni e si arricchisce di sapore con&lt;strong&gt; caciottina, noci&lt;/strong&gt; e una manciata di prosciutto di Praga.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tartelle di polenta ai frutti di mare.&lt;/strong&gt; In un &lt;strong&gt;Natale &lt;/strong&gt;di &lt;strong&gt;crisi&lt;/strong&gt; economica, riscopriamo gli &lt;strong&gt;ingredienti&lt;/strong&gt; semplici, quelli della nostra tradizione contadina, ma ripensati in chiave contemporanea.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;festa della Befana&lt;/strong&gt; può essere l&#039;occasione per provare un &lt;strong&gt;piatto speciale&lt;/strong&gt; un po&#039; insolito ma ricco di profumi &lt;strong&gt;di stagione&lt;/strong&gt; e veramente ottimo anche come &lt;strong&gt;piatto unico. Se vi avanzano &lt;/strong&gt;potete anche ripassarli &lt;strong&gt;in forno&lt;/strong&gt; e farli &#039;croccare&#039; con una generosa spolverata di &lt;strong&gt;grana &lt;/strong&gt;grattuggiato e qualche fiocco di &lt;strong&gt;burro&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Perchè non è detto che il &lt;strong&gt;menu della tradizione&lt;/strong&gt; non possa essere leggermente rivisto inserendo qualche &lt;strong&gt;piatto sfizioso&lt;/strong&gt; e piu&#039; &lt;strong&gt;leggero&lt;/strong&gt;.
