    &lt;p&gt;Per il &lt;strong&gt;pranzo di Natale&lt;/strong&gt; un &lt;strong&gt;arrosto&lt;/strong&gt; di carne, cotto lentamente in forno, con una profumatissima&lt;strong&gt; salsa di mandarini e cipolline glassate&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Il &lt;strong&gt;pesce &lt;/strong&gt;è un &lt;strong&gt;alimento leggero&lt;/strong&gt; ideale per una &lt;strong&gt;pasto leggero&lt;/strong&gt; ma &lt;strong&gt;sfizioso&lt;/strong&gt;.     &lt;p&gt;Un altra &lt;strong&gt;idea per la cena di Natale&lt;/strong&gt;, che come vuole tradizione è una &lt;strong&gt;cena di &#039;vigilia&#039;&lt;/strong&gt; e dunque rigorosamente a &lt;strong&gt;base di pesce&lt;/strong&gt;. Le cotture &lt;strong&gt;in crosta&lt;/strong&gt; sono di grande effetto, ma anche&lt;strong&gt; facili e veloci da preparare.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Quello che vi consiglio è di utilizzare del &lt;strong&gt;pesce fresco&lt;/strong&gt;. Se utilizzate il surgelato, conviene fare un po&#039; di&lt;strong&gt; marinatura &lt;/strong&gt;prima di cuocerlo, in modo che assorba maggior profumi e sapori. E&#039; una &lt;strong&gt;ricetta&lt;/strong&gt; che può essere realizzata con qualsiasi &lt;strong&gt;pesce&lt;/strong&gt; che possa essere grigliato, come per esempio il rombo, la trota salmonata,&amp;#160; etc. Potete accompagnare con delle patatine novelle con una &lt;strong&gt;salsina di panna acida.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Un&#039;altra &lt;strong&gt;ricetta un po&#039; speciale&lt;/strong&gt;, anche se sempre &lt;strong&gt;facile da realizzare&lt;/strong&gt;, per la &lt;strong&gt;cena della Vigilia di Natale&lt;/strong&gt; in particolare, ma ottima per qualsiasi altra occasione in cui vogliamo provare un &lt;strong&gt;piatto piu&#039; elaborato&lt;/strong&gt; a base di pesce. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Anche in questo caso l&#039;utilizzo del forno ci aiuta a &lt;strong&gt;guadagnare tempo&lt;/strong&gt; ed è un piatto che si può preparare in anticipo e servire a temperatura ambiente. Una &lt;strong&gt;salsa&lt;/strong&gt; molto semplice per accompagnarlo si fa mescolando un po&#039; di &lt;strong&gt;panna montata alla maionese e &lt;/strong&gt;aggiungendo&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;qualche goccia&lt;strong&gt; di limone.&amp;#160;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;In fondo &lt;strong&gt;al Natale&lt;/strong&gt; non manca molto e cominciare a prenderci qualche appunto o darci &lt;strong&gt;qualche idea per il menù&lt;/strong&gt; non è male. Pensando ad una &lt;strong&gt;cena a base di pesce&lt;/strong&gt;, come può essere quella della &lt;strong&gt;Vigilia di Natale&lt;/strong&gt;, i &lt;strong&gt;calamari &lt;/strong&gt;possono essere &lt;strong&gt;un&#039;ottima idea&lt;/strong&gt; per preparare qualcosa di &lt;strong&gt;speciale ma allo stesso tempo facile&lt;/strong&gt; e anche economica.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;carne di tacchino&lt;/strong&gt; si presta molto bene ad essere accoppiata a &lt;strong&gt;sapori&lt;/strong&gt; contrastanti. Ma soprattutto si &lt;strong&gt;prepara velocemente&lt;/strong&gt;, è piu&#039; &lt;strong&gt;salutare&lt;/strong&gt; della carne rossa e piace &lt;strong&gt;anche ai bambini.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ve la propongo in &lt;strong&gt;una ricetta&lt;/strong&gt; molto originale ma altrettanto &lt;strong&gt;facile e veloce. &lt;/strong&gt;Perfetta per una&lt;strong&gt; cena di natale.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Questo piatto si accompagna perfettamente ad &lt;strong&gt;un puré di castagne&lt;/strong&gt;. Se avete tempo provatelo vi assicuro che mi ringrazierete.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
