    &lt;p&gt;Le &lt;strong&gt;patate&lt;/strong&gt; anche &lt;strong&gt;a Natale &lt;/strong&gt;sono un&#039;ottima risorsa. Preparate in&lt;strong&gt; tartelle con una salsa di Noci,&lt;/strong&gt; sono facili da fare, belle da vedere e molto gustose.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Le &lt;strong&gt;tartelle di patate&lt;/strong&gt; diventano un &lt;strong&gt;contorno&lt;/strong&gt; perfetto per la &lt;strong&gt;cena della Vigilia&lt;/strong&gt;, ma sono ottime anche il giorno di&lt;strong&gt; Natale,&lt;/strong&gt; per accompagnare gli arrosti.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Una &lt;strong&gt;ricetta di Natale facile&lt;/strong&gt; e gustosa, &lt;strong&gt;bignè alla crema di carciofi&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Fragranti &lt;strong&gt;bigné salati,&lt;/strong&gt; ripieni di &lt;strong&gt;crema di carciofi &lt;/strong&gt;morbida e saporita. Ottima sia per la &lt;strong&gt;cena di Natale&lt;/strong&gt; che per il &lt;strong&gt;pranzo di Natale.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Potete disporre i &lt;strong&gt;bigné &lt;/strong&gt;in ciotoline monoporzione, oppure realizzare una &lt;strong&gt;composizione natalizia&lt;/strong&gt; molto&lt;strong&gt; decorativa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; Per servire, accompagnate con una salsina alla &lt;strong&gt;panna acida e gorgonzola dolce.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Il &lt;strong&gt;cavolo cappuccio&lt;/strong&gt;, col suo inconfondibile sapore ma anche colore, è una&lt;strong&gt; verdura&lt;/strong&gt; che troviamo in questo periodo dell&#039;anno a &lt;strong&gt;prezzi bassissimi.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Il &lt;strong&gt;cavolo cappuccio&lt;/strong&gt; si presta ad essere &lt;strong&gt;cucinato &lt;/strong&gt;in tanti modi e si sfrutta tutto. Potete anche consumarlo &lt;strong&gt;in insalata&lt;/strong&gt; se lo tagliate molto sottile e lo scottate appena.&lt;/p&gt;
