    &lt;p&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;caponata ai carciofi &lt;/strong&gt;è veramente un &lt;strong&gt;contorno&lt;/strong&gt; che prende bene un posto centrale su una&lt;strong&gt; tavola di festa.

&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Un&lt;strong&gt; contorno&lt;/strong&gt; che si trasforma subito in un &lt;strong&gt;piatto unico&lt;/strong&gt;, soprattutto perchè è troppo buono. Accompagnate la caponata di carciofi con dadi di formaggio stagionato, riso. Il modo piu &lt;strong&gt;veloce&lt;/strong&gt; di preparare un &lt;strong&gt;piatto speciale&lt;/strong&gt; e anche &lt;strong&gt;dietetico.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Semplici e ricche di qualità benefiche, utilizziamo le &lt;strong&gt;verdure di stagione&lt;/strong&gt; come&lt;strong&gt; Cavolfiori, Broccoletti, Zucchine, Zucca, Carciofi &lt;/strong&gt;e aggiungiamone a piacere.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Le &lt;strong&gt;patate&lt;/strong&gt; sono una delle grandi&lt;strong&gt; risorse di cucina&lt;/strong&gt;. Si utilizzano per qualsiasi &lt;strong&gt;piatto&lt;/strong&gt;, dall&#039;antipasto al dolce.&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;Le &lt;strong&gt;patate&lt;/strong&gt; ci piacciono in qualsiasi modo e sono un &lt;strong&gt;ingrediente&lt;/strong&gt; veramente prezioso &lt;strong&gt;in cucina&lt;/strong&gt;, perchè con pochissima spesa possiamo utilizzarle per un intero &lt;strong&gt;menu.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
