    &lt;p&gt;Per &lt;strong&gt;combattere l&#039;influenza&lt;/strong&gt;, ma anche per restare &lt;strong&gt;in salute&lt;/strong&gt;, tutto l&#039;anno, è fondamentale &lt;strong&gt;nutrirsi bene,&lt;/strong&gt; mangiando ogni giorno tanta &lt;strong&gt;frutta e verdura&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Se avete poco tempo o se, come me, siete pigre, preparatevi una fantastica&lt;strong&gt; insalata multivitaminica&lt;/strong&gt;, mescolando insieme &lt;strong&gt;frutta e verdura&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In questi giorni tutti i notiziari ci informano che &lt;strong&gt;sta arrivando il picco dell&#039;influenza.&lt;/strong&gt; Ma prima di ricorrere ai medicinali, l&lt;strong&gt;&#039;influenza si può combattere anche a tavola&lt;/strong&gt; con pochi semplici gesti. Come ci ricorda anche la &lt;strong&gt;Coldiretti, &lt;/strong&gt;occorre &lt;strong&gt;aumentare frutta e verdura&lt;/strong&gt; che sono fonti naturali di &lt;strong&gt;Vitamina C, Vitamina A&lt;/strong&gt;, sali minerali, &lt;strong&gt;antiossidanti&lt;/strong&gt; e regolatori delle funzioni&lt;strong&gt; immunitarie&lt;/strong&gt;. Inoltre occorre anche che il nostro fisico sia in forza, per opporsi al virus, che invece ha ampio margine se ci trova deboli.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Venerdi è giornata di pesce&lt;/strong&gt;. E perchè non godercelo ancora in una &lt;strong&gt;ricetta&lt;/strong&gt; fresca, &lt;strong&gt;leggera e profumata&lt;/strong&gt;, accompagnato da &lt;strong&gt;insalata mista e spezie.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Freschi piatti energetici&lt;/strong&gt; che ci permettono di soddisfare il fabbisogno di &lt;strong&gt;proteine&lt;/strong&gt;, curare la &lt;strong&gt;linea&lt;/strong&gt; e la &lt;strong&gt;salute.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anche le verdure piu&#039; scontate riprendono vita insieme a una&lt;strong&gt; fresca insalatina verde&lt;/strong&gt;, mescolata con&lt;strong&gt; insoliti ingredienti &lt;/strong&gt;che la trasformano in un piatto ricco di&lt;strong&gt; energie e vitamine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
